Subject: Driver Problems
Having a strange issue. I just purchased a Wasp (WLR8950) bar code scanner. Seems like whenever I plug it into my computer the KFlop goes bonkers. All servo motors start jogging until they hit the hard stops. None of my user programs such as homing work either. We have about 12 KFlops running on Windows 7 systems. I plugged the scanner into one of those and had no issues. Seems like something with the KFlop, Windows 10, and a wasp scanner dont mix well.

Would anyone have any idea what could cause a driver conflict? I can turn the problem on and off by plugging the scanner in. I can compile and run CPrograms on KMotion, but as soon as I launch KMotionCNC all of the axises start jogging. I would really appreciate any help.

Hi Scott,

Windows may be reporting that as a gamepad. Try disabling gamepad support in KMotionCNC | Tool Setup | Trajectory Planner.
